Synapto provides an embedded finance ecosystem, acting as a powerful connectivity layer between modern SaaS platforms, merchants, and underlying payment services.My mission is to lead a fast-moving, autonomous exploratory team designed to accelerate merchant acquisition and partner onboarding for Synapto. We operate as a rapid-prototyping engine outside the core product engineering cycle, enabling us to quickly build, test, and inject high-impact solutions directly back into the business.
I meet with a dedicated junior developer twice a week to provide targeted mentorship, upskill them, steer the project and make key architectural decisions. Together, we are rapidly deploying robust data enrichment pipelines that empower the sales team to qualify leads efficiently and automating critical relationship workflows with external Point-of-Sale (POS) hardware suppliers like Clover.Synapto, headquartered in London, recently raised a £1.5M Pre-Seed round to scale its operations. They are rapidly growing allowing marketplaces and SaaS platforms to monetize payments and launch financial products in days rather than months.
