I am flexible and it usually starts with a call or a visit to your office. I first ask a lot of questions to try to understand your current needs and make suggestions on how to start depending on what I learn and based on my experience working with other clients. For clients with no-prior expertise in Data Science or AI, I suggest to start with an AI audit, where I spend a couple of hours talking to various stakeholders in the business and suggest possible projects we could work on, each attached with a level of difficulty and a timescale. We usually continue with a 12 week programme, one hour per week, where we initiate a first project with a small team to get to know each others on a concrete project. Based on those results we decide on the next steps. If you have a clear idea of your needs from the onset, I often work asynchronously on research projects, act as a part-time CTOs, or organise a larger team of experts from my network to dive deep into your cutting-edge project.
I work on a weekly retainer or an hourly rate. In some cases, I can work for equity. I regularly sign NDAs with clients to ensure all work is protected and I have suitable professional insurance.
