My mission was to support Pollen Robotics in establishing their new humanoid robot Reachy 2 as the platform of choice for the robotics community. Reachy 2 is the first open-source humanoid robot specifically designed for the development of embodied AI and real-world applications and is partnering with Hugging Face on the LeRobot initiative.
I specifically help finding, creating, and following-up partnerships with renowned research labs and companies to establish the platform credibility and reach. For example, I helped initiating collaborations with Physical Intelligence ($70 million seed followed by $400 million funding at $2 billion valuation), Stanford ILIAD, as well as with researchers at CMU and NYU. After identifying strategic partners, I orchestrated and drove collaboration initiatives, serving as the key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to maximise partnership value and ensure successful project delivery.
Pollen Robotics was acquired by HuggingFace in April 2025. Prior to this acquisition, they were part of the top 40 startups at the world's largest startup campus (Station F, Paris, France) and won 2nd place at the Avatar XPRIZE.
